Profile of Irvi Saras

Irvi Saras was born as the son of Col.Sarasakshan and Gita Sarasakshan in Belgaum on 15/04/1997. He spent his childhood days in Nagaland.He followed mothertongue education in Kerala upto 4th standard in St.Peter’s L.P.School,Vazhoor. He finished his schooling from Toch H School,Cochin and Vigyan Valley ,Cochin. In his school days he took interest in social work and formed “Dharani Balajanasakhyam” in Kalamassery.His areas of interest was environmental protection and waste management. This interest resulted in the making of his first shortfilm “AA marathanalil” at the age of 15 which incidentally got selected by Panchajanyam international film festival in children’s category. Irvi further followed his passion of film making by joining DG Vaishnav College in 2016 for graduation in Visual Communications and passed out as the best outgoing student. He had the good fortune to be an apprentice in Sun TV,be a coordinator of Chennai international festival and to be associated with the web series Manoj Vajpayee starrer “Family Man”. The films he made during this period are Indradhanu,Vidai,Thambalam,Malar and Deal or No Deal ,Dr.Happy and Ma Nishada.Thambalam,Malar and Deal or No Deal have won international film festival awards. Currently he is engaged in a feature film project and a web series.
